Spydra's Web, a Blog

And now, a word from fellow conservative & former mayoral candidate Mitch Christiansen:

Melinda is a aspiring blogger. She is a conservative and says what she thinks. She is in need of donations to help her keep going. Her husband works at a low wage job as it was all he could find. She does not work as nothing that fits is available. (like 30,000 others in Colorado Springs) She started her blog [Spydra's Web] as a way to supplement her family's income.

    Astonishment and gratitude was my reaction upon stumbling across this; I am touched by your kindness.

    If you can help, it's so appreciated; my husband earns $8 an hour, and we have four kids.

    But God is good...and life is good...and so are you.

    Wow! $8/hr is pitifully small when you have a family of 6 to provide food, clothing and shelter for.
