According to this AP-Yahoo.com article, the World Health Organization (WHO) has criticized Amnesty International for describing the North Korean healthcare system as a "shambles," when its director-general, Margaret Chan, visited North Korea in April and declared its healthcare sytem the "envy of most developing nations."
