After Sen. Nelson of Nebraska sold his soul to the highest bidder, Dik Thurston of Colorado Springs, CO wrote the following letter to the [Colorado Springs] Gazette on Sunday, 27 December:

Take one trip to Nebraska
When people on Medicaid presents themselves for treatment in Colorado the doctor should write a prescription for a bus ticket to Nebraska. Shouldn’t the citizens of Colorado be able to take advantage of Nebraska’s benefits for which we are taxed?
