Ed Lasky at American Thinker seems to believe so. Since running against the weakest possible Republican nominee in 2008 worked for Obama, he may take more active steps in ensuring that the same thing happens again in 2012. Otherwise he will suffer the same fate as ex-President Jimmy Carter.
