Government Motors (GM), in conjunction with the same people who brought us the Segway, is working on a concept car they call the EN-V (Electric Networked Vehicle), which will be displayed at an international exhibition in Shanghai, China on 1 May. One nickname for the concept car is "Laugh," which is highly appropriate. Hat tip: Right Wing News.
