Newsweek has an article that attempts to cover up the shortcomings of the Obama administration by asserting that the institution of the presidency is responsible, rather than the chief executive himself.
UPDATE: Victor Davis Hanson's latest National Review column, "The George W. Bush Fixation," illustrates how blaming Bush-43 two years into one's own presidency is the same as being "stuck on stupid."
