This pair of photos has been circulating under the name "Public Toilet in Houston," but it turns out that these photos were not taken in Houston, TX at all. According to Hoax-Slayer.com, what you see is an actual working toilet, an art piece called "Don’t Miss a Sec" by conceptual artist Monica Bonvicini, and was put on display in London & Basel, Switzerland.
