Did You Know This Is Presidential Joke Day?

Digital City and other news sources are covering this hot story:

Jay Leno must be kicking himself today. His show doesn't premiere until September 14 so he won't be able to tell any jokes about the president today -- at least not on national television.

But Conan O'Brien, David Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel, Jon Stewart and all the other talk show hosts who love to poke fun at America's highest office will be eating up Presidential Joke Day.

Perhaps President Obama should be making jokes today too. He seems to have a pretty good sense of humor even if he does get in trouble every time he gets a chuckle. So maybe he should just play it cool today and let the professionals do the work.

It actually might be Obama's Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton who gets the most teasing tonight though. Mrs. Clinton lost her cool yesterday in the Congo when she was asked for her husband's opinion on foreign politics instead of her own opinion. Clinton answered, "Wait, you want me to tell you what my husband thinks? My husband is not the Secretary of State; I am."

Either way, political comedians are sure to have plenty of fodder for their shows -- make sure you tune in so you can laugh, too.
