Martin Luther King Memorial to Be Dedicated Sunday

USA Today reports that the $120 million Martin Luther King, Jr. memorial is now open to the public, and that the dedication ceremony will take place at 11:00 a.m. Sunday, 48 years after his famous "I Have a Dream" speech.
