Rioting Continues in London, Spreads to Other Cities

A Breitbart/AP article describes the widespread terror caused by rioters in London, which has led to copycat riots in Birmingham, Bristol. and Liverpool. It started as a protest in Tottenham [north London] against the fatal police shooting of 29-year-old Mark Duggan, then escalated as long-standing frustrations surfaced in multi-ethnic working-class neighborhoods. The rioters have been using social media and smartphones to assemble flash mobs, coordinate their actions, and warn each other of police activity.
