Count on
Cracked.com to educate us on one pillar of critical thinking: not falling for obviously fake stories because they appeal to something we want to believe in. That's why, for instance, we did not take the recent news that "Internet Explorer users have lower IQs than those who use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox" seriously.

six hoaxes exposed? i expected something a little longer. a link to cracked? please elaborate, starting by listing 6 hoaxes, and then countering them with contradictory facts, therein exposing them as hoaxes.
they touch on a lot more than 6 things in that article, but nothing of substance, and it's an article from cracked that sounds like it was written by a 13yr old, calling things 'retarded' and not backing up all his claims with solid evidence.
cracked is not journalism, and neither is simply posting a link to someone else's writing and research unless you have something new to add to it.
