This is a follow-up to an earlier story about how unions in Wausau, Wisconsin tried to bar Republicans from the upcoming Labor Day parade. FOX News reports that they have changed their minds late Tuesday after Jim Tipple, mayor of Wausau, threatened to withhold financial support for the parade if everyone could not participate.
