FOX News reports that a gunman identified as Eduardo Sencion, of Carson City, Nev. burst into an IHOP restaurant, killing 3 members of the Nevada Air National Guard and one civilian with an AK-47. We will not hear why he did it from his own lips, as he turned the rifle on himself.
A witness, Ralph Swagler, was armed but couldn't reach his weapon in time to stop Sencion before he went into the restaurant. When he came out into the parking lot, he shot into several businesses before ending his own life.
