Hell Freezes Over: Saudi Women Granted Limited Voting Rights

The Daily Mail (U.K.) reports that King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz will allow women to vote in local elections, run for municipal offices, and occupy seats in the Shura (advisory council) by the year 2015.
