Gov. Brown's Office: "My Way or the Highway!"

This Redstate.com article starts out with a recent proposal to carve out a new state out of 13 southern counties (excluding Los Angeles, of course). But a spokesman for Gov. Jerry Brown issued the following statement:

“If you want to live in a Republican state with very conservative right-wing laws, then there’s a place called Arizona,” Brown spokesman Gil Duran said.

No wonder so many Californians have been voting with their feet in recent years!
