USA Today has run a cautionary article about scammers who have bilked the government out of millions of dollars. They bill Medicare at an inflated amount, then deliver cheaper models to their customers (if they send them anything at all). These operators are so slick they have obtained motorized wheelchairs for people who don't need them, leaving less money for those who do.
