Not Less Than 11 California State Employees Make More than the President of the United States!
Bloomberg.com reports that a prison psychiatrist was paid $838,706, according to data released by Controller John Chiang, to include bonuses and unpaid vacation time that he cashed in. Seven of the top 10 were prison doctors or dentists....
