PTSD Settlement - a Victory for Veterans

Steve Vogel, in Washington Post's Federal Eye blog describes how a class action suit at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims was decided in favor of 1,029 veterans of the Iraq/Afghanistan wars, who are now entitled to lifetime disability retirement benefits. All of these vets had been discharged from the military because of PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder).
